At Staman Automatic we make use of a 3kw fibre laser machine (3000×1500) and a tube fibre laser machine. We offer quality cut components from various materials we supply or supplied by the customer.

CNC Bending
Our CNC Bending Machines here at Staman Automatic are able to bend singular pieces and small batches with the exact same accuracy & efficiency as series-produced parts in an economical way. CNC bending machines are developed for high flexibility and low setup times.
CNC Bending is the process where each sheet metal is bent to any angle using a V shaped punch & die. These sheets are placed between the punch & die which then presses rapidly down on the sheet. This is a low cost method of bending which produces 3D shapes from 2D sheets.
